WHEN CAN I START ENTERING TAX INFO TO THE TURBOTAX 2015, EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION TO COMPLETE MY TAX???????

Yes you can start, but you must use the 2015 software, and be sure to save.
