Online preparation and e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed. You have to download 2017 software to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device) and then print, sign and mail your return. If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.

Did you read the information in the post above yours, including the FAQ linked there? What part do you need help with?
Did you already pay for your 2017 online return last year? If so, TurboTax Support should furnish you the 2017 desktop software. Then you can download the *.tax2017 data file from your online account to open and finish it. The 2017 return cannot be efiled. It has to be printed and mailed.
Or if you did not pay for it last year, when you try to download your *.tax2017 data file or PDF, does it tell you that you have to pay to access the file? If so, we can tell you how to unlock a 2017 return to download the PDF or tax data file. The method depends on what all you have done in regards to a 2018 return.
