Why did Turbo tax suddenly change my account from free to Deluxe? Is this legal? I tried to start a second account but wasn't able to finish it. What do you recommend that I do?

To find your other account, First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
