Can I print my return to review? If so why doesn't it appear, it just keeps saying this may take a few minutes but I've waited an hour?

I am using Turbo Tax through USAA and it shows I am on Intuit TurboTax Deluxe yet it will not let me see to do the final review and print. Why not?

Do any know how long they had to wait to get there MI state taxes back I been waiting over 30 an I have the exact date of wen the return was supposed sent an don’t got it
