Can I print my return to review? If so why doesn't it appear, it just keeps saying this may take a few minutes but I've waited an hour?

I am using Turbo Tax through USAA and it shows I am on Intuit TurboTax Deluxe yet it will not let me see to do the final review and print. Why not?

You cannot print until you pay your fees.
