TurboTax does not schedule IRS appointments for taxpayers.  If you need to contact the IRS, you can use the following link to locate your nearest Taxpayer Assistance Center https://apps.irs.gov/app/officeLocator/index.jsp.  You can also call IRS at 1-800-829-1040  and speak with a representative there.
