Yes, you can review your tax return after you register your return or pay your TurboTax fees if you are using a paid version.

Go to My Account at the top of your screen, and choose Print Center. You may be prompted to register or pay your fees. After you do, choose Print, save or preview this year's return . You can go back and make changes before you actually file your return.
