Can i get money back even if i didnt work

I didn't work this year but I care for both my children full time. Will I get money back?

No.  If you did not work and have taxes withheld then you have nothing from which to receive a refund.  If you are thinking of the earned income credit, that requires that you work to earn some income.

The money you hear about people getting for just filing a tax return claiming kids requires you to  have some earned income (wages or self employment). Without earned income, you are not eligible for the "refundable" Earned Income Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit.
If there is another relative in the household (e.g. the child's grandparent), that relative is allowed to claim the child for tax benefits, it you can't.
If you are married, you and your spouse claim the children, together, by filing a joint return.
