Can I get a refund after paying for e-file but have to do it by mail?
No. There was no extra fee to e-file. The TurboTax fee is to use the software to prepare your tax return, whether you e-file it or print it and mail it.

Can I get a refund after paying for e-file but have to do it by mail?
Paid $24.99 to e-file state return. Return was not accepted and was told it must be mailed. Notification still on turbo tax return is waiting to be filed.

@Maemae1 The fee is for the software to prepare your taxes, e-filing is free with the purchase of the software. You would need to pay your TurboTax fees to be able to print out your return and mail it. Please see the links below for more information:
