Missing state refund!!!

There was a massive screw up with my federal tax refund as it went through that SBTPG company.  I think that is all set.  However, my state, Mass. says our state refund was deposited to our bank account on Feb 10 and there is no record of it.  Could our state refund be all caught up within that SBTPG also????!!!!!

SBTPG does not receive a state income tax refund, only federal.  Your state has total control over your state tax refund and they should direct deposit the refund into the account you entered on your state income tax return.
