If you filled with TurboTax then your tax
returns would be available in your tax timeline. You should see all prior years that you
filed threw TurboTax (may require PLUS purchase to view/download/print
returns). If you do not see prior year returns in that section then you
may be logged into the incorrect
account. One email address can have multiple user ID's associated with
it. To try to access the old account try the following:
Please access https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
- enter your email address,
- telephone number or
- user ID
Use the blue hyperlink, Try something else, if you do not find the correct account..
You can also request a free copy from the IRS by visiting IRS return transcript
If you can’t get your AGI for e-file, don’t worry. You can still file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them in. For information on where to send your return, go to the IRS site Where to File Paper Tax Returns With or Without a Payment .
