You have a marriage issue that TurboTax cannot help with if your spouse is being secretive about your income tax returns and whether you are getting a refund or owe tax due. If there is a refund on a joint tax return it is issued with both of your names. Do you have a joint bank account that the refund is being deposited to? Why will your spouse not show you a copy of a joint return that you have a legal right to see? How are you expected to set up a payment plan if you do not even know if or how much is owed?
Your spouse is supposed to have your agreement to file a joint tax return. One thing you can try doing is check your account with the IRS online. Even if you have been filing joint returns, you can each have an account under your own Social Security numbers.
