Yes, you can file by mail your 2016 state income tax return even though you already filed your 2017 income tax return.

• TurboTax Online is not available for 2016, 2017 or 2018 tax returns.
• Only the current year is available online. 

You'll need to purchase the CD\Download version, either for Windows or Mac. Install it on your computer, enter the federal information and then you'll be able to generate your state income tax return. Once you're done entering your information, simply print, sign and mail in your returns using the instructions on the information pages.
