Can i enter my direct deposit information with turbo tax so it will go into the internal revenue records?

i can't enter my direct deposit information because i have received the first check by mail. internal revenue mail the check because they don't have my direct deposit information?

No.  Wait to see what the IRS guidelines are IF Congress votes for a second stimulus check--they have not done so yet, and we do not know what might change or how you will request the second check, how to submit your information for it, etc.
