Can I e-File 1040-X using 2019 TurboTax Deluxe?

I used TurboTax Deluxe PC version e-filed my original 2019 1040. Now I re-installed the 2019 software and worked out a new 1040-X, when I try to e-File, it says "E-file is closed for the season, you can file by mail". Does this mean TurboTax cannot e-file 2019 1040-X? Is there any workaround?

You have to print and mail prior year amended returns.

IRS now accepts 2019 1040-X e-file, which software can do this?
