Any health insurance policy you yourself paid premiums for can be a deductible medical expense if you itemize.  If your employer paid those premiums you cannot deduct them.

I pay for my daughters medical insurance, itemize?? what does this mean what should i do?

Any medical bills/ premiums paid with after tax dollars should be entered in the deductions and credits section of the program.
