Can I decline to have my personal info disclosed to IDNotify and still receive my audit defense benefit under Max Benefits?

To me the benefit of revealing my personal info to IDNotify is to protect me from a data breach of Experian.  No thanks.  If I decline this disclosure, do I still receive my other Max Benefits including Audit Protection?
