Can I correct last year's income?

My pension amount got entered twice.

Did you file the return with the wrong pension amount?   Has your return been fully processed by the IRS?  If so, you need to amend the return to make the correction.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
