If you already filed your return & it has been accepted, you cannot change how you receive your refund.  If you have not filed your return, when you go through the File section, you can apply for a TurboTax Card when it asks how do you want your refund.

Have you filed a tax return for 2020 yet?  If not, you can request to have a card.  You can still request the Prepaid Visa card but may be too late to have Stimulus on that card.

You can apply for an Intuit Turbo Card when you complete your tax filing and select the refund method.  For more information, please see the Help Article here.
