being billed a 2nd time for turbotax screwup

why am i being billed for a 2nd time when torbotax experts screwed up my taxes in the first place.

I HAD TO WORK WITH SOMEONE BECAUSE NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON WHEN FILING MY TAXES!

WE FINALLY FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN I FILED THE FIRST TIME!  HOW THE (   ) DO I TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS??????  TURBOTAX GOT MESSED UP BY THEIR EXPERTS FOR BOTH 2020 AND 2019. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GUARONTEED TO DO IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME CORRECT. IF THEIR EXPERTS MESS UP AND !!!   (((  DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW THE TAX SYSTEM WORKS   )))  !!!!  THEN THEIR GUARANTEE SHOULD FIX IT CORRECT 

WE SHOULD NOT BE BILLED A 2ND TIME CORRECT?    WHERE THE HECK DO WE FIND OUT ABOUT THIS BILLING PROBLEM !!!???

This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.  As fellow users, we won't know what you mean about being billed twice.   We can make some guesses, but nothing specific.  You can talk to TurboTax Support for anything specific, and if you were incorrectly billed, they should be able to resolve the situation.    This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info here.

Here are a couple of possibilities that may or may not apply to you:

• Did you choose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, and has your refund been delayed?   If so, is TurboTax  asking you to go ahead and pay, or else they will auto-debit your account?   If so, see this FAQ:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...
• Or did you prepare an amended return and upgraded to a higher edition, and it's charging you for the difference?
• Or is it something else?
