Audit, 2017, I purchased audit defense

Hello, 

I just received word that my taxes will be audited for 2017.  That year I also purchased Audit Defense from Turbo Tax.  How do I access these benefits and begin the Audit Defense process?

Did you figure out what to do - I got a letter for auditing 2017 too - not sure what to do - all I have is my receipt confirmation email from when I bought the protection.
