As today is the filing deadline, all of my NJ state filing is still in PENDING status while my federal filing has been ACCEPTED. What shall I do?

Do nothing. Pending means your return has been transmitted to New Jersey. Your transmission date will be your filing date unless NJ rejects your return and you never fix it.
