I filed on 2/6 and it was accepted on 2/6 with status bar and up until a week ago the bar disappeared and it says we cannot provide any info on your return? With tax topic 152 what does this mean

@kimnakia12_ I verified on Feb 15th and mine still says "We cannot provide any information" still hasn't update.

@millardwaters42 some ppl told me to just wait it out until the 27th and hopefully it'll either update my ddd or I'll have my refund. I'm praying for the best lord lol

@mommyxthree I filed on Jan 28 and excepted same day. Got verify letter, verified Feb. 15 and my refund is still saying they cannot provide any info on my return & no bars... I feel your pain.. I need my return asap.. Keep me updated with yours and ill do the same cuz we in the same boat...
