How long does it take to recieve refund paper check once the irs has mailed it?x

My check was mailed off the 27th I just wanna know how long it will take to receive it.

How can u find out where it's being mailed from ? Don't understand how it takes 2 weeks to receive a check that's mailed in the US. Can anybody make sense of that ?

I don't get it either .Because if I mail something off Monday and am sending it in a envelope like a check they will have it by thrust Fri latest  but I guess they say 3-5 just Incase something delays it

How are people finding out where it's being mailed from ? Guess I'll call the irs again for the 20 thousandth time in the morning.

@dezhoward83  so u saying even though the IRS rep told me one of my checks was sent out Monday and my second one was gone be mailed Friday .U say I shouldn't believe him untill the site says it sent

How do you speak with a live rep ??

Just got off th phone with rep they assured me it can take 7-10 days and to contact them if I don't receive my check by Friday.

@dezhoward83  u call the number on the bottom when u are on the WMR site ..It might also give u a reference number to give the rep they open from 7-7
