Any up dates on the wmr code 9001 ?

This IRS code that comes up as a status when visiting the WMR site to check on your refund. If you are entering an SSN that is not the primary SSN filed for that return, you could receive that 9001 error message. Try again using the primary SSN for that return

What if you are entering primary ssn this code just popped up on mines this morning it has been on processing bar since Monday

You have to call or idverify.irs.gov to verify your identity.

Then you have to call the number.

Code 9001 means you may be possible fraud and need to call and verify before they will release your return. Happened to me. They told me on the 10th that it can take up to 9 weeks after I verified for me to get my return.

I was told the samething.I verified on 2/16.Got my DDD this morning 3am.8 days.So i would keep checking your account.Because wmr never up dated for me.I have my $$ and still nothing on wmr.Good luck 🙂

Lucky you. I sadly am still waiting. I think the irs hates me for whatever reason :(
