If you filed your federal and state returns at the same time, your NC state return may not start processing at the same time as your federal.

It's not unusual for state returns to remain in a pending status for several days after a federal return has been accepted.

The NC DOR has stated on their website that they will not start processing 2021 NC state tax returns until the week of February 28 - https://www.ncdor.gov/refund

Tha js munes been pending for days and I had already gotten my federal back .
