Amend my 2020 tax on 11/05/2021

Hi, 

I amended my tax return today on 11/03/2021 using Turbo Tax Desktop 2020. Is it online? or do I need to send them by mail as well, if yes how can I print it. please help.

When you complete the amendment finish in the FILE tab and choose to mail in the return ... then the forms and instructions will be populated and presented in the Print Center.

I open the file tap and print it, but there is no amend form it is just the 1040 form is this the one I should send it.

If you don't see a 1040X and the mailing instructions for it then you did NOT amend the return correctly.

Undo any changes you made first then start the amendment process and put the changes back.

when you amend , form 1040-X becomes your new tax return, not form 1040.

Do not include your old 1040 nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040-X reflects any changes there.
