If you used Turbo Tax to file the original returns there is no cost to amend unless you need to upgrade to a higher version.

If you used another company to file the original returns you would first need to recreate the original  return in Turbo Tax and pay for federal and state.  Then when it matches each line in the filed return you can amend it.
