Amend 2017 return

I need to amend my 2017 taxes I have followed every link but when it says to select tab (data and Security) there is no tab for that so how am I suppose to down load my .tax file so that i can amend them this is time sensitive because my daughter is in collage and we need this fixed so she can sign up for next semester on the 14th of this month
