Am I supposed to just wait and see if I get my income taxes or am I doing something wrong? My card is activated and taxes have been accepted but my balance is still $0.00

Your tax refunds will be sent to the card when they have been Approved and Issued by the IRS for the federal tax refund and from your State for the state tax refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
