If your Tax Return was rejected because your 2017 AGI is not matching IRS records, you can find the correct number and resubmit your return or file by mail.
Your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) can be found on your 2017 Tax Return:
If you filed a:
If you do not have a copy of your 2017 Tax Return, you can order a free transcript online from the IRS by clicking here: Get My Transcript. Your IRS transcript will include your AGI from last year.
If you did not file a return in 2017, you should use -0- zero for your AGI.
If you filed Married Filing Jointly in 2017, you will both have the exact same AGI number.

For 2 years in a row, the IRS does not think that the AGI matches their records. There must be a problem with the way it is reported. I'd really like to get this resolved.
In order to find out what the IRS has as your AGI, you can request a transcript or a copy of your return on the IRS Get Transcript site, in which you would not have to pay. Keep in mind you will need to create an account with the IRS, which is free to do!
