After my refund was accepted i went to irs.gov wheres my refund and entered my info. Just to be told my info is incorrect.. Is this a Turbotax issue ?

My boyfriend also cannot check his refund status either and he too filed thru TurboTax.

The IRS website says the information is wrong or not available is because the IRS has not yet started to process the 2020 tax return after accepting the tax return.  When the IRS starts to process the tax return then there will be a status on the IRS website.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Well it says on the website that 24 hr after it has been accepted you can check the status. Just like previous years. And i thought they started processing tax returns on 2/12 . that is when my return was accepted.
