If I'm going to get audited or something was incorrect on my return would it be accepted?

Accepted just means its passed the initial checks (such as SSN) and is being processed.

The IRS (or State) can still manually review, audit, adjust or offset it. They will send you a letter if they do. They do not advise TT.
