23&24 state return withheld . they said i had mktplace ins. mktplace verifies i didnt & sent voided 1095a. how do i amend 23-24 and get my state returns back ?

2023 &2024 state returns fully withheld saying i had mrktplace insurance , i did not .mrktplace sent voided 1095A but i dont know how to get my $$ back nw please help me.

What state are you in? Not sure what marketplace health insurance would have to do with a state income tax return. You enter a 1095A on a federal tax return if you have marketplace health insurance, and the software calculates whether you owe more or get a refund for the premiums paid for the insurance on your federal return.
