2024 tax return

Why am I not able to see my 2024 tax returns that were saved on my Win10 PC? When I open the saved file, I was prompted to update 2024 Turbotax. When that finished, I logged in and it took an AI forum to start my 2024 tax return.  Now, I am no longer able to see my "saved" file. What happened to my saved 2024 tax return files?
