2023 turbotax deluxe asked if you were self employed and had the following covid related credits in 2023, when you answer no if loops back to the same screen and question. no way to continue as designed.

Much of the 2023 program is not fully functional yet and will not be until sometime in mid to late January or later ... revisit that section again later.  Note the Sch C is expected to be ready 1/10 but dates are subject to change ... check chart here or click on the REVIEW tab in the program.
