What do you mean that your 2023 return doesn't show up on the IRS website? Are you logged into your IRS account?
Are you needing to amend a return?

So on the IRS site, I've got a non-filing verification, but I did 2023 through turbotax april ~24 of last year.
Trying to do this year and i get kickback for my AGI being different from 2023, but it matches what was submitted via turbotax.
I'm still not sure where you are seeing this non-filing verification or what that is. See below and make sure you are entering the correct information.

Time-saving Tip: If what you entered is correct and you continue to get a reject, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return.

Disregard me, so it's "recieved", but is apparently delayed beyond normal timeframe. So I have no 2023 records per the IRS.
Amending/resubmitting would likely just make that take even longer right?
I would not amend or resubmit anything unless you are resubmitting a rejected return.
You said 2024 was rejected because of your AGI. Have you tired using line 11 on page 1 of your 2023 Form 1040? If so, have you tried using 0?
Yep used the correct AGI!
I thought about using 0 but I was worried that'd mess with future items once my 2023 documents are finally accepted by the IRS.
Try 0 and see if it will go through. It will not screw anything up.
