2022 Michigan 1040 Prints a Duplicate Schedule 1 That is Blank

My completed 2022 Michigan tax forms generate two different Schedule 1 forms. One is completely filled in, but the other is blank except for name (no Social Security numbers) and a zero at the bottom of each page. This occurs in the pdf preview and as printed.

Of course, it is trivial to not include the blank page in the printed forms for filing, but I wanted to point out a program error. Thanks.
