2022: Fraud Alert - Is TurboTax stealing money from our Refunds?

2022 VIRAL TIKTOK ABOUT POSSIBLE TURBOTAX FRAUD TAX PAYERS FURIOUS OVER UNEXPLAINED DEDUCTION FROM THEIR REFUND.

This deduction is ASIDE from TurboTax fees, ASIDE from any offsets or adjustments made by the IRS and the IRS says they are not authorizing this behavior nor do they believe it is LEGAL.

TIKTOK VIDEO GOES VIRAL AFTER UNEXPLAINED DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUND, MADE BY TURBOTAX.  LINK AT THE BEGINNING.

MY ISSUE:

I need to know why TurboTax took an additional $500 from my refund.  It isn't the fees associated with software because that was already deducted from my refund.  Nor do I have an explanation from ANYONE as to where the money went or why it was done.  The IRS already corrected my return from their end and deducted $3000. Nowhere does it explain that your bank would also deduct $500 from my refund nor have a valid explanation as to why. There are viral videos all over the internet about this situation and the IRS states that they did not authorize any additional deductions nor should anyone else. please explain and refund this poor excuse for theft.
