2022 Federal Refund Line 35a Less Than Line 34

Just completed my 2022 Federal Tax Return (1040) using Turbo Tax Deluxe.

Why is line 35a (amount to be refunded to me)  $11 less than line 34 (amount overpaid)?

Is there an amount on Line 38 Estimated Tax Penalty?

You are correct.  I found it couple days ago.  Long story short, I had a large minimum required distribution from my 401K in December resulting in having to pay large estimated tax in 4th quarter to cover it (which I paid).  TurboTax did not know this and assumed I owed interest and penalty.  I fixed it with tax form showing uneven income for the year so I ended up with a refund with no penalty/interest.  Thanks.
