I did my taxes on March 2, 2021, and they were accepted. Until March 28,2021 when I did a Amended tax refund, I just want to know when I can expect my refund and if the IRS has my taxes.

The IRS doesn't share your information with us. Keep checking the IRS Where's My Refund page to see if your refund status has been updated.
Millions of tax payers are still waiting for their taxes to be processed by the IRS.
Per IRS, they have around 12 million tax returns that have been caught in a processing backlog created by the pandemic, which shut down the IRS for a time. Americans should see their refunds in the coming months. "We would hope to be through this backlog by the summer," said IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig.
Other reasons some returns take longer to process are the following:
But, my taxes are filed and sent to the IRS right?? That’s why I’ve been trying all day to get a hold of you guys to see if you guys did send it.
If your tax return was accepted, the IRS has them and is processing them. The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. To find out where your refund is, first check your e-file status. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status.
If it has been more than 21 days since your e-filed return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.
The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay.
When will I get my amended tax return?!
Do not expect quick results from amending your tax return. Even during normal times it takes the IRS at least four months to process an amended return. During the pandemic it is taking a lot longer---at least six months or more. Eventually you can see information here:

Who can I talk to?? I tried calling you guys because that’s what it says to do but it’s hard to get one of the specialist on the phone. People are saying that if you haven’t received it then it’s because of an error
@Kaylee204 What is your own specific issue that you need to discuss with someone?
....if you haven't received it...."
What is "it"? Your refund? Did you read the previous replies? Are you asking about a refund from an amended return? Are your expectations of how long it takes to get a refund for an amended return realistic?
@Kaylee204 If you are asking about the refund from the original return that you say you filed in early March--there are a lot of delays for refunds.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic. The IRS is backlogged —-they are still trying to process millions of 2019 returns; they received millions of e-filed on the day they opened for 2020 returns, and now they are burdened with sending out another round of stimulus checks.
Some delays are resulting from incorrect amounts that folks entered for stimulus checks they received. Many people have been confused by the recovery rebate credit and completed it incorrectly. The IRS may delay your refund while they cross-check to see what you received. Some refunds are delayed because of the tax law changes that went into effect recently. If your return has unemployment or the premium tax credit on it, that may be delaying it.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I’m just trying to see if my amended return was accepted!! Because I did not receive any email about it. That was back in March when I did my amended. And Yes, realistically I want to know when it’s going to come in. They said about 3 months
Did you efile your amended return, or mail it?
On March 28th. I talked with a specialist to help do my amended because I made an error. Then she said, first I have to receive the first check through banking, and I should receive the rest through mail. But I never got an email if my amended was accepted by the irs or anything. So I want to know if I have print my amended return then send it through mail??
