2021 INCOME TAX STILL NOT RECEIVED

I have been going completely nuts trying to figure out my 2021 income tax!!I have gone through all possible channels the correct way and have done everything right with intuit Turbotax  as I am suppose to!! My 2021 was received and issued last year! i have not received it and I have called the IRS 2 different times with longest being 1 hour and 45 min. to just be told to contact Turbotax and Greendot bank because my refund was issued. I have called Greendot numerous times cannot talk to anyone and 100% truth basically got laughed at by Turbotax!!! I am desperately trying to get it! anybody with any help would greatly be apprerciated!!!!    I sincerly need some help here!! I have been using Turbotax for a few years now and this is my first problem!!
