2019 Refund

I filed my 2019 taxes on February 27th 2020. I did have to send in an extra paper a month or so later for something I missed when e-filing. I have yet to receive my refund. When I would check the status it would say processing but now almost a year later it tells me my information is incorrect and they can not tell me my status. Also they wont connect me when I call the IRS. Can anyone help me?

2019 Refund

Once the IRS accepts your tax return, TurboTax no longer receives updates. An IRS agent would be the only one who can assist you with information regarding your tax refund. The IRS states that live assistance is extremely limited at this time.  Please click https://www.irs.gov/help/telephone-assistance to learn more.
