2018 taxes coronavirus

I need to file my taxes now and I heard you cant efile even with my deluxe package. will mail be quick enough to get that coronavirus check? Ok thank you. What does this package actually grant me? Can I find my 2019 w-2 on here,how?

Would you please clarify your question? Is this regarding 2018 or 2019 or both? Also TurboTax does not have a copy of your W2 that would come from your employer.
