1095-A corrected with 0.00 on PartIII Column B

Hello; I have filed my taxes and received my refund. I just received from Marketplace a corrected 1095-A form with no changes, except for Part III Column B is all 0.00. What is this and what do I need to do now? thanks

I have an issue with Form 2210 that I cannot correct. It states "Line D Witholding. The sum of the four columns is not equal to your total witholding for the year."
