Only the state can tell you.  Each return is different.   Was your state return Accepted?

How to check your efile status

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?

Then only the state can tell you when you will get your refund. After Turbo Tax transmits your return they are done with their part. Track State Refund

Oh no!  Ready to Mail means you have to print and mail it to the state yourself!  It has not be filed.  Did you efile the federal return?

If your federal was Efiled and Accepted you can try to switch to Efile

Each state will process the state tax return using different procedures, so that one state may be quicker in approving a state tax refund than another state.
