Question about refund advance

I have the same problem.   I spoke to the turbo card customer service .  They said that turbo tax has to notify them that the advance account has been set up then the card co will release the fund.  Still don't understand it.

Someone that works for turbo tax needs to edit the info according to everything I search I say 1 HOUR from acceptance but what I'm gathering from here it's 48 hours!? Also how do you confirm that you did the advance I've gotten no such email about the advance but I also read that not many did. And why y'all don't have some type of phone number. Forst year back with turbo and my head hurts reading all these forums to find answers!

my return was accepted at 3am this morning and i was approved for 1500 i was wondering why i didnt receive it eaither so i called and she said that i will receive it in 24 hrs and when i asked again so i will receive it today? And she said yes just keep checking...

I have had the same problem and it so frustrating because I paid $170 to use turbo tax and have been returning to turbo tax the past 9 years.  I feel this is a scam on the refund advance!  I could have gone through Jackson Hewitt or even h and r block.  No one is giving me answers and I’m so incredibly upset with turbo tax 

I got my advance right away but was told it could take up to 48 hours.

TurboTax is a scam, they made it seem like I was approved for a advance now they're telling me I'm not,  they  made me get this card for nothing when I have a bank account never file with them again guys, go to h&r block. Congratulations for everyone who got the advance but most of us will be denied after they say we was qualified .... Sick .

Just spoke with a turbo tax rep and she stated that you will need receive your advance until both your state and federal has been accepted and it should be available within an hour. The entire process was misleading smh.

They lied to Get you to use their service. They tell you you're eligible for the advanced, then after you file and it's all completed they tell you you can't have the advance. Then there's nothing you can do because you've already filed. They are con men and manipulators. Only after your dollar then screw you over

Last night when I did taxes it said I qualified for 250 advance. I got an email saying my refund has been accepted but nothing about the advance please cal [phone number removed] or e mail [email address removed]
