Good evening,

Am I the only one that is still having issues with getting a refund? I filed my taxes Jan.20th and Federal accepted my tax return on Feb.12th and Ga was accepted on Feb.18.... However, when I go look at Irs.gov- its states still processing and will give return date when its available.

That is common, especially at the beginning of tax season when tens of millions of returns are filed.

And note that GA says to allow 90 days for state tax refunds.

Yes, just aggravating when turbo gives you a estimated refund date but its not accurate. I have seen people that have got theirs early and filed the same time I did.

I want somebody, just anybody to file a Class Action Lawsuit against Turbo Tax! Turbo Tax has lied publicly about repairing the glitches for the 3rd Stimulus and Tax Refunds. They are rated one star with the Better Business Bureau!

Your absolutely NOT the only one going through this. Many thousands of early filers from February 9-12 are in the same situation. No updates yet on the transcript and wmr went from being processed and having 1 bar to STILL being processed and 0 bars. We’re all fed up with being told the same scripted line

I am also waiting for my refund. it was accepted on Feb10th, it is now still being process. I can't seem to get through to the IRS. it's been a month and no letter from the IRS.

Same thing for me. Filed as soon as I got my W2 in from work. Was informed that it was accepted and my estimated return date was today and haven't received anything as of yet.

I filed on February 24th & I check the IRS2Go almost everyday & like many I’ve gotten my latest stimulus checks the week they started issuing, however I still have yet to get my income tax refund. I received emails from TurboTax saying they’re sorry for the hold ups but we’ll be issued our refunds soon. My cousin filled early February way before the IRS were even accepting or processing the returns which they started on Accepting on February 12th but not processing until the next business day & he got a date off when you expect his deposit. I know several people who’ve gotten their returns via z TurboTax but most don’t have any dependents or if they do they only have one. & another person I know who’s refund was processed they got a date but their refund was offset/taken. So I have no issues Thank God but why haven’t we recorded our refunds especially with the tax deadline being May 17th. I have to do an amended return but I can’t do it until I receive my refund. Like wth is going on, we’re struggling out here my God. We need help. They’re fast to offset your taxes if you owe for it to Be offset but this is just ridiculously sad. I can’t even pay what I owe on my sons college tuition & he can’t get his roster or room for next semester until I pay the remaining balance & I’d be able to do It if our refund was deposited. PLEASE WE NEED HELP, WE’RE DESPERATELY IN NEED OF OUR MONEY.

TurboTax will probably deny this, but there seems to be a trend that involves them doing peoples taxes and the IRS having no record of it. I will never go through TurboTax again

Same issue as you guys! My taxes have been accepted since 2/12. Have not been approved by the IRS since then. Never have waited this long for my taxes. Starting to believe something is wrong!

I spoke with IRS and was told my ddd is 3/12/21 and that I was being checked for identity fraud but everything is all good. No hold and full refund coming. Praying refund is issued tomorrow and SBBT & WMR updates soon.

ive been trying to contact them idk what number to call. it still says still pending i filed January 20th got approved on the 12th of February and still no refund... but i do have a tax topic 152. just dont know what to do because turbo told me 3/3/2021

It’s Turbo Tax software. We all just need a new tax preparer company. There are tons of people that were accepted on 2/11 when the IRS doesn’t accept them until 2/12, and they all used Turbo Tax.

GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING. I FILED ON 2/12 AND THEY WERE ACCEPTED ON 2/13 AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET THEM ON 3/5.. THEN I TALKED WITH A TURBO TAX LIVE PERSON AND ONE TOLD ME I WILL BE GETTING IT NO LATER THAN THE 3/10 AND IT WAS APPROVED AND ON THE WAY.. WELL TODAY WHEN I TALKED TO ANOTHER TURBO TAX AGENT THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT KNOW WHY I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THAT INFORMATION!! WAT THE CRAP?

I'd give the IRS a call I was exactly as you are, I called the other day and my return is in the error resolution department now and it'll take upto an additional 10 weeks to process now.

Story is TurboTax was paid to submit early filers to a new software system that obviously isn’t working out as planned. Only reason I say TT is at fault is because they were also the cause of my first stimulus being delayed due to them sending to the incorrect bank account. I’d assume it’s not a hard process to e-submit documents and let IRS handle the rest. Why “test” a new program in the midst of a pandemic with millions of people financially impacted. Just doesn’t make sense!

Mines was also accepted on the 12th and I haven't received anything yet. I had bars they are now gone says refund is still being processed and date will be provided once available its been almost 4 weeks now . I have filed through turbo tax 3 years and this is also my last year. I also selected the option to get my deposit on a credit karma card spend account. My turbo tax intuit card I guess I can no longer use . Got my first stimulus on the turbo card. The second one came as a check.. Now I'm also waiting on this third stimulus not knowing if I'm gonna receive a paper check again or if its coming to this account as well. This is just too much and I want my money right now atp. Can't forget turbo tax charged me $150 to file this year as well smh.. hopefully we all get blessed soon.

I used a new bank this year too n my stimulus came to new bank so long as you in the system they should go off of that for the bank info. Mine is also still processing but ppl are still getting refunds with that msg. More info on the Where’s my refund group on fb there are many ppl wit our same issue.
