How long does it take to get the email with the temporary card set up stuff? The IRS accepted my return today but I haven’t gotten the email.

Is anyone having the same problem? I received an email yesterday saying that my money was deposited on my card but I don’t have any of the temporary card information and when I called they told me that they couldn’t tell me what the card number is.

@ajustyce-epps96 read the thread.  It's been posted here a couple times how to get your temp card info.  It may not be worth it though. Your actual card may be in the mail tomorrow.

If you are having trouble creating an account, or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card1, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

You will get a notice in 1hr, then you have to set up an account. The money will then hit the account within 48 hrs.

How did u set urs up i followed the instructions and it wont let me create a account without the original card

That’s the thing, I haven’t set anything up. When I try to it asks me for my card information and I don’t have it so I’m stuck.

When did you receive your temp card email? I still haven’t and i got my approval email yesterday. I’ve check everywhere, spam, junk

@Jessicamk94  I received an email when my refund was accepted and then the very next day I received  and email saying my funds were deposited onto my card but when I clicked the link to login for the temporary card information I couldn’t find anything so I had to wait until I got the actual card and then activated it.

How did you get your 16 digit card number (temp card) I can only see the last 4 numbers.

    I tried to order food online and it wouldn’t go through. Not on Grubhub, ubereat, postmarked, dominoes, or anything! Called customer care and they said my card was fine & they would put in a ticket & to wait an hour. Smfh. An hour later still nothing! I could’ve waited for my actual refund

    It’s says my account has been locked ??? I got a refund advance but no card and nothing was sent to me to get a temporary card?
