I am unable to get into track my refund and check the status of the refund. What is my next step?

Check to make sure your return was accepted:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

If it was accepted, then make sure you are using the correct information to track your refund

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

If that does not help then change your web browser to either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
